This project was taken on behalf of Pennaf (Clwyd Alyn Housing Association), the project consisted of refurbishment to the Hub, Rhyl. Works consisted of internal refurbishment, Formation of flat to the ground floor of the building, forming open air courtyard at the rear of the building, installing new heated system to the first floor, modifications to existing mechanical and electrical installations, fitting of new lift within existing lift shaft, extenal facade refurbishment and internal decoration.
